Credit Card & Security Deposit

For camper van rental in Olbia, a credit or debit card in the name of the main driver is required.
At vehicle pick-up, a €2,000 security deposit will be pre-authorized on the credit card as a guarantee for the rental.
The deposit will be released within 20 days after the vehicle is returned, subject to verification of the van’s condition.

Payments

Booking deposit: 50% of the total rental amount
Balance on arrival in Olbia: cash, POS, or instant bank transfer

Mileage & Insurance – Van Rental Olbia

Travel freely and choose the option that best fits your Sardinia itinerary:

Extra mileage: €0.20 per additional km
Unlimited mileage: €10 per day

Basic insurance included in the van rental in Olbia:

Not included in the basic coverage:

Vantastik Travel Rules

Travel outside Italy: not allowed
Pets on board: allowed on request
Smoking inside the vehicle: not allowed

The camper van must be returned clean, with the kitchen area, fridge, and utensils in order, and with exterior cleaning completed.
The vehicle is delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned with a full tank.

Van rental rates in Sardinia do not include optional extra services, available on request.

Cancellation Policy

Plans changed? No worries 😊
If you cancel within 30 days, you’ll receive a voucher valid for 1 year.
For cancellations made more than 30 days before departure, no refund is available.
